The name of this corporation is the SOUTHWOOD ESTATE PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. The principal office of the corporation is located as 128 Amy Drive, Hot Springs, Arkansas 71913. Operating under the Federal Housing for Older Persons Act of 1995, Southwood is a "A Senior Retirement Community" for persons aged 55 years or older as residents: however, membership in the Property Owners Association (POA) is limited to owners of property as outlined in the By-Laws of the Association.
Community Information
Southwood Estates is one of the few retirement communties where you purchase the dwelling and the land.
This communitiy is composed of double and triple wide manufactured homes secured on permanent foundations. Ten frame homes are also included in this unique senior community
